Developing emotional intelligence helps ensure long-term success and well-being.

Emotional intelligence is an opportunity to understand oneself and others. It is the ability to manage one's emotions to achieve set goals, comprehend the causes of experienced emotions, recognize others' emotions, communicate harmoniously with others, and show empathy.

In the psychologist-led group, children discuss various topics (empathy, fears, friendship, emotions, etc.) that help develop and nurture emotional intelligence.

An emotionally intelligent child finds it easier to make friends and nurture those friendships, integrates more easily into groups, can maintain conversations, listen well, more easily overcome challenges, motivate themselves, and more successfully resolve conflicts, resist negative influences, and demonstrate greater self-respect.

EMOTIONAL KNOWLEDGE WORKSHOPS

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

We learn to recognize, name, and manage our emotions, understand their causes, and find appropriate ways to express them, which helps us better understand ourselves and others.

SOCIAL SKILLS

We develop communication skills, learn to listen and hear others, develop empathy and the ability to cooperate, find compromises, and resolve conflicts peacefully.

PSYCHOLOGICAL RESISTANCE

We strengthen children's internal resilience to difficulties, teach positive thinking, acquire stress management skills, and develop the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

ORINTA

Teacher of the "Emotional Compass"

"I am Orinta, a psychologist at the "Mažieji Stebuklai" kindergarten. I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, where I began my journey working with the youngest children.

I would describe myself as a sincere and warm personality. Every day I am motivated to discover what has not yet been discovered, I enjoy communicating with people of all ages and immersing myself in deeper discussions. The children themselves are my best teachers!

"'Feelings Compass" is a session designed for children aged 2-5 years. A psychologist will regularly visit and conduct half-hour activities dedicated to deeper self-discovery and deepening psychological knowledge.

During the group, we will discuss relevant topics such as tolerance, children's fears, expressing emotions, resolving conflict situations, and touch upon many other themes that will strengthen the psychological development characteristics of children."
